(no subject)

So we got from an uber intensive episode of Torchwood (part 4, Children of Earth, holy crap this thing is terrifying the hell out of me) to a Cialis commercial. Way to kill my buzz. Sometimes I hate television.

HOLY SHIT COE. Are you watching it for the first time, or did you watch it *cough* in other ways at the original UK airing?

First time - I'm a COE virgin. Been so busy the past few months trying to survive school and work at the same time I totally forgot to...acquire COE and Planet of the Dead. Oopsies.

But yes. HOLY SHIT COE.

Then I will step back and let you finish in peace. *goes to hide behind the sofa*

Hehe, thankee dear. I know I could easily manage to find it somewhere, but I'm actually enjoying tuning into to a show again every night and waiting with bated breath to see what happens. Tomorrow night will probably do me in, but I will stick with it no matter what.

Worse comes to worse I'll be joining you behind the sofa. With popcorn, of course. :)

*peeks out from behind couch, waves flag* Am ready to talk about it now without going into spastic fits....

Very scary miniseries on so many levels, and the ending (part 5) absolutely killed me. Killlllllllled me. Ken is hooked now. *Breaks out prior series so he can know all about the torchwoody goodness*. Anyway, hope all is well, I know I've been out of touch lately, things have been insane. I'm prego huge (like Gwen) and I've spent the last week trying not to die from asthma. My family is kind of a mess and kind of okay at the same time, my job sucks - but I'll be going on leave August 21st so things will calm down then... how have things been anyway? I'm suspecting you've been busy as well...

The part that got me more than anything else was in part four, actually, when they were discussing how to pick which children would be the one to go. That was the moment in the entire damn thing where I was the absolute most horrified out of anything, even more than the ending which was nightmarish in and of itself...glad we've got another one hooked into the DW world though. *g*

Been insane myself...went to school, came back, got sick with the head/chest cold from hell, and now am attempting to finish up my assignments. Oh, and I also am determined to be out of my job at the end of the summer. I may end up working at Dunkie's instead (actually no, I think I'll be back temping instead - just call me Donna Noble) but I'll be out of that insane nightmare of a place.

Asthma sucks, most certainly, but hopefully the impending rest next month will definitely help you out...
