You're right, the signs here were not quite as incontrovertible. There were signs, but more subtle, and too easy to pass off as legend and his mind filling in blanks where he wanted to see them...so we have a little doubt, we have Rose bopping him over the head with the clue-by-four, and all is right with the world again. ;)
As for the scene when Rose realizes they ran into each other years back? She's going to be laughing. How can she not? *g*
Along the vein of something that's all your fault, I spent most of yesterday at work thinking of a Donna and Gemma story, something about a teenaged Gemma going to stay with Donna for a little while (voluntarily, of course, probably wants to get away from the shag-fest on the TARDIS) and the chaos that ensues. All your fault! Dammit. :P But yes, am totally finishing up Mysterious Ways first, have no fear of that. :)
