usually on the T as I'm heading back to the hotel...not ideal, but it surprisingly works

Oh, when I rode the Metro regularly home in the afternoons, I used to get a *ton* of writing done (some of it was even legible!). It was the only guaranteed quiet time I'd get in a day...although I do sometimes wonder what my seatmates thought as I sat there, scrawling frantically.
