Have no fear, I am going to finish this story even if it takes me ten years to do so. ;)
In Martha, Donna, and Rose getting along, I kind of had to think about taking the Doctor out of the equation. Neither side knows that the other one knows the Doctor (yet) and given that, it increases the chances in my head of them getting along. Also, Rose (or Marion) is a friend of the host that invited them, so they have to try and make nice as well. Believe me, some of the inevitable spark will come back, but only after they all realize who exactly they're dealing with.
