I'm just not sure why/how the shared vision she fed to Rose and the Doctor would tell her where Rose is going to be... unless it's something she was able to glean while they were connected - versus, say, it being an idea the TARDIS planted in her head.

She doesn't have to plant anything in Ten's head. She can just take him where she pleases. XD
