Seriously though, more is coming, most likely this weekend. Parts two and three are already written, and I've got the beta back on two. :)
It took a lot to have Gemma ask Rose to stop, but looking back I see that it was the right decision. Rose isn't like a true parent to her, where she'd follow her blindly because she knows best, but she's a big sister, and so it'd be more expected (at least in my head) that she'd question what they were doing because she's so bloody exhausted from traveling around for a solid year.
As for setting it in MA, that's more of me being lazy and going with the tenet of 'write what you know'. I lived in Boston for a year after college, so it's a very clear image in my head when I write. Glad you got a kick out of it. :D
