Wow, I'm glad my stories have that emotional impact for you - it really is nice to hear as a writer, you know? It does make me blush though to hear it. ;)
As for the secret to my 'talent' - about 4 years in school and over 100K. I have my BFA in creative writing, so I've got a bit of training under my belt. I'm also looking into getting my masters in CW, but we'll see where that goes.
