Charlie is very much like the Doctor, isn't he? I like to think that he has parts of Rose in him too, but that could just be the author being slightly delusional. ;)

As for the hair-cutting incident...let's just say it's based on actual events, but I won't reveal the names of the guilty parties. *g* It seemed more than appropriate for poor Charlie to go through.
