Ohhh, I'm a sucker for baby!fic, and kids as well. I loved this. I can see your research in all the details and imagery. Charlie is wonderful too, so like the Doctor. I'm intrigued by the possibility of him needing to live in the other universe and what could happen to him. I find it interesting that you chose to separate Rose from her family, which will probably make it all that much easier to go back to the other universe, especially for Charlie's health.
